  1. بسم الله أول حاجة نبدأ في حلة على النار نضيف الزبدة ونقلب البصل حتى يصفر لونه ثم نضيف عليه عصير طماطم ونتركه حتى يتسبك ثم بعد ذلك نغسل الأرز ونصفيه ثم نغسل الخضرة ونقطعها.
  2. ثم بعد ذلك نضيف الارز للصلصة ونقلب ونضيف الملح والفلفل الأسود والكزبرة ورشة النعناع ونقلب جيداً.
  3. ثم نضيف الخضرة ونقلب كويس جداً ثم نضيف الثوم والزيت ونقلب ثم نبدأ في حشو الممبار حتى الانتهاء من الكمية ثم نبطط الممبار ونخرمه بالابرة حتى لايتقطع.
  4. ثم بعد ذلك في حلة على النار نضيف ماء وملح وفلفل اسود ومكعب مرقة خضار تغلي ثم نضيف الممبار ونتركه حتى يستوي ثم نخرجه يبرد ونحمره في الزبدة.
  5. ثم بعد ذلك نضعه في طبق التقديم.
  6. ويقدم بالعافية.
