- توضع فى فرن حار حتى تحمر من فوق وتحت ٣٥ دقيقه.
- عمل الشربات نضع السكر والماء على النار حتى يغلى ثم عصير الليمون يغلى ٥ دقائق ثم يوضع على البسبوسه تقدم مع الآيس كريم.
