  1. في الاول نقلب الممبار وننظفه جيداً ونغسله بخل ودقيق وملح وينقع.
  2. نجهز خلطة المحشى. نضع زيت وتشوح البصل ثم نضع ٢ ملعقة كبيره صلصة الطماطم و ملعقة هريسه كبيره.
  3. ونزود عصير الطماطم نتركها حتى تتسبك ثم تطفئ النار.
  4. نغسل الأرز ونضعه في مصفاه. نضيفه على الصلصة والملح ومعلقه صغيرة من التوابل السابقه.
  5. نكون غسلين الخضره مقطعة قطع صغيرة.نضعها على الخلطه السابقه ومعلقة نعناع ناشف.
  6. نبدأ بالحشو، ونراعى عدم ملئ الممبار ارز حتى لا يفرقع في السلق.
  7. بعد انتهاء الكميه نضع قدر فيه ماء على النار وفلفل اسود ،حبهان، ورق لورا.
  8. ننزل بالممبار ونغلقه من الفتحتين جيداً ونغطيه ونتركه حتى النضج.
  9. ثم نخرجه من ماء السلق على طول ونحمره في الزيت ويقدم.
