- في وعاء آخر تخفق البيضة جيداً مع الفانيلا والسكر ويضاف لها الحليب والزبدة ويستمر الخلط وتضاف له المكونات الجافة بالتدريج ويخلط الى ان يختفي الدقيق ولا نكثر الخلط بعد اضافة الدقيق ويكون قوامه مثل قوام خليط الكيك او اثقل بقليل.
- يتم تشغيل جهاز الوافر ليسخن جيداً تقريباً يسخن في دقيقتين.
- نضيف القليل من الخليط ف الجهاز ونقلب الجهاز لكي يتوزع الخليط جيداً ونعيده ويترك 5 دقائق تقريباً لينضج او ننتظر اضاءة الجهاز باللون الاحمر وبذلك يكون مقرمش من الخارج.
- ممكن الاحتفاظ ببقية الخليط ف الثلاجة ليومين او ثلاثة في علبة محكمة الاغلاق وخبزها في يوم آخر.
- ممكن اكله مع اضافات مثل الفواكة او النوتيلا او شيرة البانكيك حسب الرغبة وبالعافية...
