- ثم نضع الخليط فوق الكراميل ملاحظة هامة الفلان صفوه قبل متحطوه في القالب.
- بعدها نوجد خليط الكيكة نضع في إناء البيض والسكر ونخفق مليح ثم نضع الحليب ونواصل الخفق ثم نضع الزيت والفانيلا ونواصل الخفق ومبعد نضيف الكاكاو والفرينة وخميرة الحلوى ونلمهم ونضعهم فوق الفلان.
- نشعل الفرن يسخن على درجة حرارة، 170ونضع القالب داخل صينية فيها ماء سخون وندخلها الفرن مدة ساعة غير ربع المهم كي ندخلو كوغدون يخرج ناشف.
- بعدما نخرجوها نخلوها تبرد وندخلها الثلاجة ليلة كاملة ثم نقلبها في صحن التقديم وشهية طيبة.
