  3. تخلط مع الكميه الثانيه من مقادير البسبوسه بالثلث حليب او ثلث علبه القشطه حليب حتى تصبح سائله ثم تسكن فوق الطبقه الوسطى لسهوله و ترش المكسرات مطحونه.
  4. تدخل الفرن من اسفل 180 درجه حتى تنضج ثم تحمر من الاعلى.
