- نغسل الارز ونصفيه ونغسل الشبت والكزبره ونقطعهم كويس.
- بعد ما تتسبك الصلصة نضع الارز والخضرا ونقلب جيداً ونبدا حشي الممبار.
- في إناء به ماء مغلي به بصله وفلفل اسمر وورق لورا وحبهان ورشه ملح.. ونضع الممبار حتى يتم الطهي.
