- ثم نضيف جوز الهند ونخلط جيدا نضيف الكاكاو ونخلط هنا بالخلاط اليدوي ثم نضيف السميد والبيكينك باودر ونمزج جيدا حتى يتجانس الكل سيكون الخليط سائل لابأس فالسميد تشرب السوائل.
- ثم نصب الخليط في اناء للفرن نسخن الفرن على درجة ١٧٠ ندخلها بعد ٥ دقائق نزيد الحرارة إلى ١٨٠ أو ١٩٠ كحد أقصى نتركها تنضج من تحت ثم من فوق لمدة ٣٠ إلى ٣٥ دقيقة ثم نخرجها.
- نقطعها مربعات ثم نصب عليها القطر ونتركها تتشرب جيدا ثم نرشها بجوز الهند ونتركها تبرد ونقدمها.
