- توضع فى فرن حار جدا حتى تحمر من تحت ثم تهدى الحراره حتى تنضج وتحمر من فوق او تشغل الشوايه حتى تحمر نطفي الفرن.
- وتسقى بالشربات وتوضع فى الفرن المطفى حتى تشرب الشربات.
