- ثم نقوم بالعجن بإضافة الماء تدريجيا والعجن دون ان ننسى البيضة نضيفها ثم نواصل العجين بإضافة الماء تدريجيا حتى يتعجن مليح ونتحصل على عجين طري جدا.
- نشكل خبزة دائرية فالبلاطو ندهن بصفار البيض ونزين بالجلجلان نخليه يخمر حتى يتضاعف الحجم.
- نطيبها في فرن مسخن مسبقا.
