  5. توضع في فرن محمى وتوطئ درجه النار الى اقل درجه ويوضعمده ساعه ونصف او اقل.
  6. قبل ان يستوي الطبق بصورة كامله ترش عليه البطاطا ثم يترك ربع ساعه ويقدم مع الارز او الصمون الحار...بالعافيه.
