- يحشى الممبار ونراعى ان يكون غير ممتلئ.
- يسلق الممبار فى ماء وملح وبصلة مقطعة وطماطم وعود كرفس لحين تمام الطهى.
- يصفى الممبار ويوضع فى صينية مع معلقة زيت ويوضع تحت الشواية او يحمر فى الزيت حسب رغبتك وبألف هنا.
- ملحوظة : اضافة اللحم المفروم والجزر والفلفل أعطت له طعم رووووعة. مختلف للممبار جربى وعلى ضمانتى.
