- نضع بقدر زبدة، يضاف خليط الروبيان والبصل ثم نضيف كميه قليله من الرز مع نصف كميه السمك، ثم كميه من الرز ثم بقيه السمك ثم بقيه الرز. يترك على نار هادئه 15 دقيقه..
- عند التقديم نضع الصحن فوق القدر ونقلب القدر في صحن التقديم حتى تصبح الحشوة من فوق..
