اولا نحضر الخضار ونغسلها جيدا.
اولا نفرم الخس حسب الرغبه.
ثم نفرم الخيار والبصل الأخضر والفجل و البندوره ممكن فرمهم ناعم انا أفضل تكون القطع خشنه.
ثم نضع البقله بدون فرم.
ثم نفرم البقدونس والنعناع.
ثم نجهز الصوص نخلط كل المقادير في الخلاط ليمتزجوا ونضعهم جانبا لحين الاستعمال.
ثم نقطع الخبز مربعات صغيره.
ونقليهم في الزيت ليتحمروا.
ثم نضع الصوص مع الخضار.
ثم نقلبهم جيدا ونضعهم في طبق التقديم ونضع الخبز من فوق او نخلطهم مع بعض حسب الرغبه.
