- دعيهم يرتاحوا قليلا. انثري قليل من السميدوحليهم. بالحلال دوائر السمك انتي لي تتحكمي فيه اذا حبيتي رقيق اخبزيهم. بسمك رقيق والعكس.
- ضعيهم في صينية. علي ورق الطهي وادهنيهم بالبيض ممزوج مع القهوة اوالخل او الحليب. وغطيهم بكيس لا يلامس سطح العجين. واتركيهم حتي يختمروا جيدا.
- ضعيهم في الفرن حتي ينضج ثم اشعلي عليه من الفوق وحمريه.
