- للحصول على عجينه جيده متماسكه غير متعبه في تحضير يمكن طحن جريش والبرغل بطاحونه القهوه والهيل حتى يكون مثل طحين يسهل عجنه او استعمال مكينه فرم اللحم او يمكن بليد.
