تسلق اللحمه مع البصل والفلفل الاسود والهيل وتترك حتى تنضج.
أضع في قدر الطبخ قليل من الزيت وأضع البهارات جميعها الحب والمطحون وأتركها حتى تتحمس قليل ثم أضيف البصل المقطع وأتركه حتى يذبل.
ثم الطماطم المقطعه وباقي الخضار وأتركها حتى تذبل.
ثم أضيف علبة معجون طماطم وأتركه قليلا يتجانس مع الخضار، ثم أضيف قطع اللحم والشوربه وأتركه حتى ينضج.
أضيف الخبز فوق الخضار وأتركه حتى يتشرب على نار هادئه لمدة قصيره ٥ دقائق مثلا.
