- في قصعة نخلط جميع المكونات الجافة ثم نضيف الزبدة و صفار البيض انبسس الخليط ثم نجمع بماء الزهر حتى نحصل على عجينة متجانسة متل عجينة الصبلي نتركها ترتاح 30د.
- نحضر الحشو في وعاء نضع الكاوكو و السكر و نجمعهم بقليل من ماء الزهر نذوب السكر جيداً نتركنا ترتاح.
- نصنع كور بلعجين ثم ناخدهم بلوحدة نبسطها نضع قليل من الحشو و نغلق عليه و نشكل الكرة من جديد نضعها في قالب لتاخد الشكل بلفرشاة ندهن الجوانب ببياض البيض و نمررهم في الكوكاو بهده الطريقة نكمل باقي العجين.
- نخبزها في فرن مسخن مسبقا 170درجة حتى لون ذهبي خفيف.
