- نغسل التمن والبرغل ونضيف لهم كميه مناسبه من الماء ونتركهم على نار هاديه الى ان ينضج ونضيف لهم الملح والبصل المطحون اذا حبيتو ونعجنهم.
- نحمس البصل الى ان يصفر لونه ونضيف له الدجاج ونغطيه ونتركه ينشف وبعدها نضيف برش الليمون والتوابل وعصير الليمون.
- نشيله من النار ونضيف له الكرفس.
- نشكل الكبه حسب الرغبه ونقليها بالزيت ونقدمها....الف عافيه.
