- الحشو في وعاء نضع الكاوكاو أو اللوز والسكر وملعقة زبدة ونلمها بالماء الزهر للحصول على قوام طري.
- ومبعد نحكمو العجينة بعدما ارتاحت نكورها كويرات وزن 30غ والحشو وزن 15غ ومبعد نحل كويرات ومبعد ندير الحشو على شكل حرفt ومبعد نغلق عليها ومبعد نشكلها على شكل العرايش ومبعد نثقبها في الوسط باه ماتتنفخش ونضعها في صينية الفرن ونضعها تطيب في فرن دافئ ونخليها تطيب من تحت ومن فوق تأخذ الإصفرار ومبعد نحيها ونخليها تبرد.
