- قللي من النار وابدأي بوضع عصير البرتقال والبهارات المذكوره فالاعلى وقلبيها لتتجانس ثم ضعي الصويا صوص قلبيها واقفلي النار.
- ضعي الدجاج فوق الخبز الشامي المدهون بالمايونيز وضعي الجبن الشرائح مع الخس (الكاتشب والفلفل الحار حسب الرغبه) مع البطاطا المقليه واطوي الخبز لتصبح نصف دائره وضعيها في الشوايه لتتقرمش قليلا وقطعيها وقدميها وبالعافيه***.
