- نحضر سمسم بصحن وملعقة ونبدا التشكيل الطريقه جداً سهله حطي الملعقه بالسمسم وبعدها كميه من الفلافل واضغطي عليها وبس جهزي كميه على صحن ثم اقليها وهكذا.
