- بمقلاه عميق يوضع بحر من الزيت على النار العاليه حتى يقارب الغليان وثم تخفض النار من عالى إلى متوسطه وتقلى أصابع الفلافل وتقلب من جميع النواحي حتى تصبح مقرمشه وذهبيه.... وتغمس بالطحينة.. صحتين.
