- يقسم الخليط الى ٥ مقادير.
- يعجن مقدار مع بيضة وملعقة شاي بيكنج باودر و الملح حسب الرغبة.
- يقلى في زيت عميق بعد تشكيله بآلة الطعمية.
- يقدم مع الطماطم و الطحينية و المخلل و الخبز المفرود او تعمل ساندويتشات مع البطاطس و الباذنجان و الطماطم و الطحينية.
- تحفظ باقي المقادير في الفريزر لوقت الاستخدام.
