- تمزج مقادير التتبيله في وعاء ويضاف اليها الدجاج وتغلف وتترك بالثلاجه على الاقل ساعتين.
- في مقلاه يسخن الزيت ثم يضاف الدجاج ويقلب حتى النضج.
- ثم يضاف الفليفله والبصل ويقلب حتى يذبل ثم يضاف رشة من صلصة الصويا وتشوح قليلاً ثم ترفع عن النار.
- تحضر خبزة التورتيلا او الصمون وتدهن بقليل مايونيز وشريحة خس وجبن الشرائح ويضاف لها الدجاج وتسخن في الشوايه حتى يذوب الجبن...... وبالعافيه🌷.
