- نضع الزيت النباتي والبصل يقلب قليلا حتى يذبل وبعدها نضيف الأنواع الثلاثة من الفليفلة وتقلب حتى تذبل نصف ذبول ثم نخرجها من المقلاة.
- نضع الدجاج في المقلاة نفسها ونقوم بالتقليب حتى ينضج نصف نضوج ونعيد البصل مع الفليفة فوق الدجاج ونقلب ثم نغطيها مع التقليب كل فترة حتى تنضج جميع المكونات سوياً ، تكون لذيذة مع المايونيز والكاتشب والبطاطا المقلية.
