- اولا نخفق البيض مع قرصة ملح إلى ان تتكاثف تصبح كاثلج ثم نضيف السكر تدريجيا نضع مغرف صغيرة فاني و نضيف ملعقتين كبار كاكاو وكاس فرينة وخميرة (لا نكثر الفرينة الخليط يبقى سائل خفيف) نضع الجنواز في الفرن 180° نشعل من الأسفل ثم من الأعلى.
- نطلع لاشونتي كاس بودرة شونتي مع كاس ماء بارد أو حليب بارد و نخليها في الثلاجة تبرد قليلا.
- في هذه الأثناء عندما نخرج الجنواز نتركها تبرد قليلا ثم نرحيها(باليد او بالرحاية). نلمها بشكولاطة الطلي إلى ان تصبح كالعجين متماسكة نشكلها باليد دوائر نضع في الوسط القليل من شكولاطة الطلي و نغلق الدائرة نعمل كل الدوائر نفس الشيء..
- عندما نكمل تشكيلهم وحشوهم نخرج لاشونتي و نغلف كل دائرة ثم نمرغدها في الفول السوداني المرحي (الكاوكاو المرحي) ونضع القليل من لاشوني من فوق كتزيين..
