- يوضع الزيت في مقلاة كبيرة.
- يقص الدجاج بشكل طولي رفيع و البصل و الفليفلة بأنواعها بشكل طولي رفيع ايضا ً.
- توضع شرائح الدجاج على النار و تُقلّى على نار عالية و تضاف البهارات جميعها ، و عند احمرارها ترفع عن النار حتى مع عدم استوائها.
- في نفس المقلاة توضع شرائح البصل و تقلى ثم تضاف شرائح الفليفلة.
- تضاف شرائح الدجاج مرة أخرى و تقلى حوالي ٥-٧ دقائق إضافية.
- تقدم على خبز التورتيلا و صلصة الافوكادو و الساور كريم.
