- نضع في طاجين يفضل نطبخ السمك في طاجين هذا هو سر لذاذته نضع بصلة دوائر ثم فوقه بطاطا دوائر ونضع الطماطم وفوقها السمكة والفلفل والزيتون والليمون ونضيف فنجان ماء فقط وخلطة السمك التي بقيت نضعها فوق الخضر ثم نغلق عليه حتى ينضج.
