- بعد ما يبرد الفلان لي في كسرونة نخرج الكريمة الشونتي ونضيف لها الفلان لي في كسرونة و نخلط بالباتور جيد ثم نخرج المول و نفرغ على الفلان خليط شونتي و نسويه جيدا بالملعقة و ندخله للثلجة لساعات.
- لمى يتمسك ووقت التقديم نخرج المول من الثلاجة نسخن الماء نضعه في صحن ثم ندخل المول و نحسب حتى 10 بسرعة ثم نخرج المول من الماء ثم نقلبه في صحن.
