  2. البصل المفروم + الزعفران + الملح + الابزار + سكنجبير، بعد أن يدبل البصل نضيف الجلبانة وقطع الدجاج + الكلمار+ الحوت الابيض + القمرون.
  3. ونحرك حتى تتشحر المكونات بعد ذلك نضيف وريقات سيدنا موسى + طماطم محكوكة + صلصة الطماطم والماء ونغلق الطنجرة..
  4. نشحر الأرز في زيت مع ربع كنور المتبقي الملح والابزر ونحتفض به جانبا. بعد أن تطهى الخضار تصفى ونحتفض بالمرق جانب. نضيف الأرز على الخضار في مقلات كبيرة. نسقيه بالمرق وندخلها إلى الفرن ليكمل الأرز نضجه ويتبخر المرق. يزين الطبق بالقمرون.
