- نضع بوعاء ٤ بيضات ثم فانيليا ثم نص كاسة سكر ونخفقها جيدا جيدا بخفاقة الكهرباء ثم نضيف كاستين حليب ونخركها ونصبها فوق سكرالكرميل.
- نضع ٣ بيضات بنفس الوعاد قبل غسله وفانيليا وكاسة سكر ونخفقها جيدا جيدا بالخفاقة الكهرباء ثم نضيف عليها الدقيق والكاكاو والبكم بودر ورشة الملح بالتدريج مع التحريك ثم نص كاسة زيت ونص كاسةحليب الي ان يتجانس الخليط ندهن القالب من فوق بالزبدة.
- ثم نصبه فوق البيض والحليب الممزوج بقالب الكيك نضع ماء مغلي ببوعاد اكبر من قالب الكيك ثم نضع قالب الكيك وسطه وندخله الفرن ٤٥ دقيقه بس من تحت نخرج الكيكة ونتركها تبرد قليلا وند خلها الثلاجة ٣ ساعات ونمرر السكين علي الاطراف وتقلبها بصحن التقديم وصحتين.
