3. من بعد ما نعمل العجين على شكل مسيمنات صغار نبسطهم شوية ونعمرهم بالحشوة ونجمعهم من الوسط بزيتونة وندهنهم بخليط البيض والخل والصوجا وندخلهم يطيبو بالصحة والراحة.
