2. المرحلة الثانية نضع في في الخلاط: 3 بيض و فانيليا كوب سكر كوب حليب سائل و ربع كوب حليب بودرة كي نخلطوهم نسكبوهم فوق الكراميل في المول.
3. المرحلة الثالثة نضع في إناء 2بيض و فانيليا نصف كوب سكر نخلط جيدا بي الباتور حتى يذوب السكر و نزيد نصف كوب زيت و نكمل نخلط بي الباتور كوب و ربع فرينة و نصف كوب حليب و ربع كوب كاكاو و 2مغارف صغار خميرة حلويات نخلط مليح و نضعه فوق الخليط الأول ونضع المول في حمام مائي و نضعه في الفرن 50 دقيقة و عندما نخرج المول من الفرن نضعه يبرد ثم ندخله الثلاجة لمدة أربع ساعات على أقل انا خليتو ليلة كاملة في الثلاجة.
