1. نحضر الكراميل: نحمر السكر حتى نحصل على اللون الذهبي.
2. نضيف الزبده و نخلط ونضيف بعدها القشطة.
3. نخلطة جيداً و نضيف عليه الملح ونتركها على جنب حتى يبرد قليلا.
4. ننخل الطحين و البيكنج بودرة و تتركة على جنب.
5. نخلط البيض و الفانيلا، نضيف السكر ونخلط، نضيف الزيت و الروب ونخلطة جيداً.
6. بعدها نضيف الخليط السائل للطحين ونخلطة جيداً.
7. نخذ مقدار بسيط من الطحين ونضيف عليه ملعقة صغيرة كاكاو بودرة و نخلطة جيداً.
8. نضيف الكراميل لخيط الطحين ونخلط خلط بسيط.
9. نصبه في صينية الفرن المدهونه بالزيت بعدها نضيف خليط الطحين مع الكاكاو فوق خليط الكيك.
10. ندخلها الفرن حتى تنضج بعدها نخرجها ونتركها تبرد، ممكن نزينها بالكريمة او تقدم من دونها.
11. اختياري مرحله التزيين انا زينتها بالقشطة مع مخلوط الدريم ويب والكراميل وبالعافية 🤗.
