3. من جهة أخرى نغلي البطاطا مقطعة على شكل مربعات والجزر في الماء والملح حتى تستوي ونشكل الجزر كيما في الصوة نتبل البطاطا و الجزر بالفلفل الأسود و زيت الزيتون والمعدنوس.
4. نسكب الخليط الأرز في السارسو ونعدل السطح جيدآ.
5. ثم نزيين السلطة بالباطاطا والجزر والخيار كما في الصورة.
6. نضع السلطة في صحن التقديم وتزين بالبيض المقطع بالصحة والهناء.
