4. نسكب خليط الكريم كراميل اللي عملناه بأول خطوة فوق السكر المكرمل.
5. ثم بحذر نضع خليط الكيك.
6. نضع القالب في صينيه اكبر منو فيها ماء.
7. ونضعهم بالفرن حرارة ١٨٠ مدة ٢٥ دقيقه ثم نختبر استواء الكيك ب عود اسنان ونخرجه من الفرن وننتظر حتى يبرد.
8. ثم نضغه مدة ساعه عالاقل بالثلاجه ونقلبه ونقدمه وصحه والف هنا ❤️.
