- نحضر الحشو نقطع البصل والطماطم ونحطهم في مقلاة مع القليل من الماء ونغطيها ونخليها تطيب على نار هادئة ولما ينشف الماء نمعكها بالفرشيط قليلا ثم نحط الزيت والملح والهريسة والتوابل ونخليها تطيب حتى تنشف من السوائل ونخليها تبرد.
- بالاستعانة بالزيت نطرح العجينة رقيقة جدا ثم نبخها بالزيت ونطوي على جهتين ونحط الحشو ثم نغلق المحجوبة ونحطها تطيب.
- نخليها تطيب ونقلبها حتى تحمر وتقدم بالصحة والهنا.
