- في وعاء نضع كل من البيض السكر الزيت قشر الليمون ونخلط جيدا ثم نضيف القليل من الدقيق الابيض مع كيس خميرة الحلوى.
- نقوم بتقسيم الخليك الى جزئين الجزء الاول نضيف عليه الدقيق الابيض ونلمه والجزء الثاني نضيف عليه الكاكاو والدقيق الابيض حى يجمع العجين.
- نقوم بتسريح الجزء الابيض من العجين فوق كيس بلاستيكي ومن جهة اخرى نقوم بتسريح العجينة السوداء ونضعهما فوق بعضهما ونقوم بلفهما حتى نتحصل على شكل مستطيل طوله 50سم و عرضه 10 سم ندخل الحلوى الى الفرن تطبخ على 150 د عندما تنضج نطليها باالشكلاطة ونرشها من فوق بالكاوكاو وقطعها كما هو موضح في الصورة.
