- نضع اماء على النار ونضع فيه السكر والماء ونتركه الى ان يتكرمل وياخذ لون بني ونوزعه على القالب.
- نخفق بالمضرب اليدوي البيض والسكر والفانيليا والملح وبعد كذا نضيف الزيت والحليب والكاكاو ونخفقهم وعلى جنب عندنا الدقيق والبايكنج باودر وبيكربونات الصودا نضيفه على الخليط ونخفقه.
- نضع خليط الكيك على الكراميل ونخفق البيض مع الحليب والفانيلا والحليب المحلى ونصفي الخليط بمصفاة ونضيفه على قالب الكيك.
- نضع تحت قالب الكيك إناء فيه كوبين ماء دافئ وندخله الفرن من ٤٥ الى ساعة واول ما يخرج من الفرن اخليه يبرد.
- بعد كذا اغلفه بكيس بلاستيكي واحطه بالثلاجة 4 ساعات وبالعافية 💛💝.
