1. بسم الله نبدا فى كسرواله على نار نضيف نصف كوب السكر للكرميل ونقلبه الى ان يذوب ويصبح مثل الكرميل الجاهز ثم نضيفه فى قالب الكيك قبل مايبرد.
2. فى بوله نضيف مقادير الطبقه الاوله ونضربيهم بالمضرب الكهربائى ليصبح مثل الكريمه السايله ثم نضيفه على الكرميل.
3. ثم نضرب مقادير الطبقه الثانيه نخفق البيض والفانليا ثم السكر والحليب والزيت ونخلط الدقيق والكاكاو والبيكنج بودر مع بعض وننزل بيه على خليط البيض ثم نضيفه على الطبقه الاوله.
4. نغلى حوالى ثلاثه اكواب من الماء ونضيفها فى صينيه كبيره ونضيفه قالب الكيك فى الصينيه وندخلها فرن ساخن مسبقاً ونهدى النار الى ان تستوى الكيكه.
