1. بعد عمل الكراميل نصبه بقاع الصينية ثم نضع مقادير الطبقة البيضة في شاف الخلاط ماعدا البيض.
2. نضربهم جيدا ثم نضع البيض نشغل قليللا وبعدين بنصب الخليط في الصنية فوق الكراميل.
3. طريقة الكيكة نضع السكر والماء والبيض والفانيلا والزيت والكاكاو في شاف الخلاط ونصربهم جيدا.
4. نصب الخليط في وعاء ونضع الطحين مع البيكنج باودر بالتدريج ونحرك حتي انتهاء الكمية.
5. نصب خليط الكيكة في وسط الصنية.
6. في حمام مائي بنضع صينية الكيكة بصنية اكبر ونضع ماء مغلي فيها وتدخل الفرن.
7. بعد ما تستوي بندخلها التلاجة تلات ساعات وبعدين بنقلبها.
8. وصحتين وعافية.
