- نقوم بعمل الكريم كرميل وهو وضع جميع المكونات نع بعضها وضربها في مضرب الكهربائي ووضعه فوق السكر.
- نقوم بعدها بعمل الكيك ووضعه فوق الكريم كرميل وتوزيع خليط الكيك على كل القالب وعدم وضعه في مكان واحد.
- نضعه في حمام مائي على درجة 180 لمدة ساعه الى ساعه ونصف وضع عود اسنان وغزه في الكيك اذا طلع نضيف معناتو الكيك جاهزة نضعه ساعه ليبرد ثم نضعه في اابراد لمدة اربع ساعات او طول الليل ثم يقلب ويقدم.
