- بعد إخراجها من الفرن نسقيها بالسيرو ونتركها تبرد تماما ونزينها بالمربي وكاوكاو محمص مرحي وتقطع مربعات وتقدم في صحن التقديم مع شاي أو قهوة وشهية طيبة.
- في كسرونة نضع سكر وماء ونخلط وقطع الليمون ونضعها فوق نار هادئة حتى تغلي لمدة 7 دقائق ونطفيء ونتركها تبرد تماما.
- يمكن استبدال بالياغورت بالحليب اولبن رايب اولبن زبادي.
