- نخفق حتى نحصل على خليط كريمي.
- ناخذ مقدار كاس من الخليط ونضعه جانبا.
- في بقية الخليط نضيف باكنج باودر، بيضتين ، دقيق ونخلط.
- نصب خليط الكيك في قالب الميني كب كيك وندخله الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مدة 25 دقيقة او حتى الاستواء.
- في الخلاط او بالمضرب الكهربائي نخلط الجبن مع الصوص الذي في الكاس.
- نخرج الصينية من الفرن ونسقي الكيك بالحليب المكثف والحليب بعد خلطهما معا.
- نترك الكيكة حتى تبرد قليلا ثم نضيف الصوص ونزين بالكراميل وبالعافية.
