  2. بعدما يختمر العجين نقسمو الى قرصتين نفتح كل وحدة على حدى.
  3. نضع صحن في وسط القرصة ونشكل فوقه بسكين ونقطع الأطراف بالمقص ونجمع كل جزء بواسطة الأصابع لتشكيل الزهرة ثم ندهنها بصفار البيض ونرشه بالجنجلانية والسينوج.
  4. ندخله الفرن يطهى من الاسفل ثم من الأعلى يبرد ونقدمه بنة وشكل تحفة.
