- طريقة العصيدة :في قدر نضع الفرينة مع القليل من الملح وكمية من الماء وملعقة الخشب ونبدأ بالخلط جيدا داخل القدر وعلى نار هادئة حتى نتحصل على عصيدة تشبه العجينة نشكلها على شكل بولات ونضعها في وسط طبق التقديم ونصب عليها لملوخية الطعم خيال وهذي طريقة باختصار.
