4. ندهن كف اليد بقليل من الزيت ونمسك بقسم من العجينة وباليد الاخرى نمسك بملعقه صغيرة ايضا نغمسها بالزيت ونضغط لنحصل على كرة نمسكها بالملعقه ونضعها مباشرة بالزيت الحامي.
5. عندما تنفش الكرات وتصبح بيضاء نرفعها من الزيت ونضعها في وعاء ونكرر حتى الانتهاء من كمية العجين.
6. ثم نرجعهم الى الزيت لنقلي الكرات مرة اخرى حتى تصبح ذهبية ومقرمشة نرفعها من الزيت وتوضع في القطر البارد نحركها قليلا ثم نرفعها الى صحن التقديم.
