- في كسرونة نحط الكريمة الطازجة ونخليها حتى تغلي ومن جهة اخرى نقطع الشوكولاته الى قطع صغيرة ونحطها فوق الكريمة الطازجة لي غلات ونخليها تذوب ونحطها تبرد في الثلاجة مليح و بعد مرور 2 ساعات هكاك نطلعها بالباتور حتى تولي كريمة هايلة اي غاناش الشوكولاته البيضاء.
- اخر مرحلة هي التزيين كل وحدة وذوقها هههه انا زينت باماكارون لي كنت حضرتو من قبل والوصفة حطيتها وبقايا العجينة سكلتها قلوب وزينت بيها.
