- ندهن صينية بالزيت ونفرغ العجينة ونخليها تخمر.
- عندما تخمر ندهنها بصفار بيضة مضاف لها قليل من الحليب والقهوة.
- نرش عليها السانوج وقليل من السكر ونطيبها.
- ملاحضة : كمية الحليب منتقيدوش بيها لان هناك سميد يشرب وكاين لميشربش لازم عينك هي ميزانك.
